That speaks to assets and packaging and all-experiences immersive, of course, but it also applies to all the other slices of the CX pie, too: strategy, data analysis, technology selection, messaging, and content. The same goes for the people part of the mix, meaning coming up with new ways to engage employees who are doing their very best to execute on the organization's vision.
